By installing, accessing, or using the Glamovix virtual try-on application on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This forms a legally binding agreement between Glamovix and the Shopify Merchant.
If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
Glamovix grants the merchant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed and display the virtual try-on widget on their registered Shopify storefront pages solely for business operations during the term of their subscription.
Merchants may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying WebAssembly, rendering engines, or tracking scripts powering the try-on widget.
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, Glamovix services are provided 'as is'. We support modern standard browsers including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
We are not liable for performance degradation, connection dropouts, or failure to render try-on features resulting from merchant theme customizations, third-party script conflicts, or user-level camera permission blocks.
Glamovix provides tiered subscription plans: Essential ($39/mo or $390/yr), Basic ($89/mo or $890/yr), Premium ($399/mo or $3,990/yr), and Enterprise ($799/mo or $7,990/yr). All billing is handled securely through the standard Shopify Billing API.
Subscription upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations will adjust rates on the merchant's next Shopify billing cycle. Refunds are governed by Shopify's merchant app guidelines.
